I get a message that something took too long or something else seems wrong

That's not a feature! You can help us make Giftster great! Tell us what happened and how you got there, and we'll fix it. 

Use the contact page form on the website or just email [email protected]. We also recommend you hard close the session and restart Giftster and all may be happy again.
