App: Delete items, lists, groups, members, my group membership and child accounts?

Just swipe left on any list item, group, or group member in the Giftster app to expose the delete option (we hid that too well, didn't we?!). 

Tip: Use this to delete your own stuff, you can't delete other members' stuff, you'll have to nudge them to do it themselves in their own Giftster account.
