One email address per Giftster account

Giftster requires a unique email address for each account. We call that your username. You cannot open two accounts using the same email address.

Option to create child accounts

If you want to use one email address for your household, you do have the option to create child accounts.  Use one email address to open the account,  then create as many child accounts as you need to add additional members to Giftster under the "parent" account email address. These are all managed by the owner of the account.

For example, a spouse could open a Giftster account, and then create a child account in that same account for the other spouse, both would be under the same email address.

You previously closed a Giftster account

You may not sign up or log in using an email address that matches the email address you used in a closed Giftster account. Use a different email address, or contact Giftster support and request that we reopen your closed account.

You previously shopped as a guest

To sign up for Giftster with an email address you previously used to shop as a guest, follow the prompts to upgrade to a full Giftster account. This also retains your "shopping list" record of any items you have previously marked reserved or purchased in your new account.
