Q: I understand this is my secret pick. What do I do next?

A: Subject to the rules message from your organizer, next you shop for the gift. View any lists or gift preferences provided by the person you are gifting. Use the "reminder" links at the bottom of their lists to send an anonymous reminder or request to update something on their list or preferences.

Q: I see two or more Santa hats on members in my account - why?

A: An additional pick is indicated for each child account you manage if they were participants in the draw. Open the rules for each pick to see the name pairs.
